If you wish it to, Service-Mate will track and manage your inventory.

Service-Mate can produce purchase orders and offers multiple filters to sort your inventory for easy access and ordering. We offer both the traditional purchase order and a quick purchase order feature to record those “on the fly” purchases.

In addition Service-Mate includes an Parts/Price import option that lets you imput price lists you receive from your supplier directly into the software making sure all your information is always up to date.


Service-Mate can help you keep track of your inventory. It will track your inventory levels by location.

Service-Mate will alert you when stock levels of any given item reach a certain user defined level.

Service-mates offers a user friendly board to transfer items between your multiple locations, such as from the main office to one of your trucks.
